Once inside the house you will find explanatory booklets and paperwork regarding how to switch on the electricity and water, how to use the washing machine, oven and so on.
Please note that should a gas bottle (interior or exterior) run low, kindly return the bottle to the local supermarché and replace with a new one. Alternatively other supermarkets will all stock these and may be slightly cheaper.
Instructions on how to turn off water, electricity and gas and how to lock up the house upon departure are clearly documented. It is vital that these are followed for reasons of safety and economy.
Accidents happen; if you are unfortunate enough to break or damage any item within the house please be so kind as to replace it or to reimburse accordingly.
