The House 
The house is a typical French stone property, built around 1880. Small and bijou but with everything you could wish for and even bright blue shutters! Situated in a cul de sac with no traffic. Parking at the top of the road or in the nearby car-park (25 metres from the house).
Open-plan ground floor with wood-burning stove. Central heating for the winter months.
A fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and modern bathroom and toilet facilities.
One double bedroom and a further sleeping area in the ‘grenier’ with a double sofa bed and space for a further single bed.
An outside patio area with garden furniture to enjoy your meal and wine! Also small roof terrace, accessed by a ladder, to view the church and surrounding vineyards.
